The two lozenge shaped things are tatting shuttles, used in making a fine type of crochet on linens characterized by small circles. The metal one is common, the bone or ivory one is much harder to find. And that is the total extent of my knowledge on that subject. They are not fishing items, but may have been used by a fly fisherman, or fly tier.
