I am offering this 1920's "The Fraser" fly reel ( a 3-1/8" Hardy Perfect) single check, and special aluminum winding plate, sold ...or perhaps presented by... by Fraser Co. of Montreal Canada.
I won't call it rare...but perhaps I could as not many examples have surfaced.
