:) 8) :!:  :type: This may be a idea, first your reel was made in France, and for the bail rollers, when we run into that problem, we match a new one to the reel(ie make certain the dia. is the same and attempt to make the lenght the same, if its longer take off material from the face of the holder side, next if your are lucky, the roller will be the same on the inside so it fits the shaft othewise you either will need a spacer, we have used plastic straws or other round sleaves even copper tubing, when you get a good fit and have cleaned the parts reasemble and when replacing the nut or screw place a drop or two of clear fingernail polish on the threads so they wont un do themselfs. also make certain you have oiled the shaft where the roller goes over, If you run into small ball bearings on the shaft use a bit of reel grease to hold them while you reasemble the bail assembly. Hope this is of some help. your size reel was made in the 1960s , Your Ohio conection Col. M. Lorens aka SWIM JIG
