In case you missed it, the sun rose due east this AM everywhere on Earth. So don't miss checking out this evening's sunset-due west everywhere on Earth. Unless you correct for the current magnetic declination at your location (easy to do on Google I'm sure. Just need to know your longitude-latitude) using a compass won't give you the correct due west reading. There will be twelve hours of daylight and twelve hours of darkness everywhere on Earth today too. You can check that out without Googling. In case you don't bother to check out either you will have to trust me. Not wise!

Thank you guys! I had a very nice birthday, thank you very much. No fishing, unfortunately, but did have a prominent outdoorsman and local environmentalist lecture in my History of Outdoor America class. Was very enlightening and very fun.
