I am an admin of a website/forums for an on-line combat flight sim game and I noticed that you use phpbb..we changed to smf because it is more secure - less prone to being hacked..which we found out the hard way...

The functionality is greater with far more control..have a look - importing all the members is not that hard. What we did was to setup two sites, on the same webserver so that we maintained full functionality on both forums during the importation and testing phases and didn't put the redirect in place until we were satisfied that the new one was working 100%..
It gets to -50 here in the winter, and I have never liked ice fishing...
