:) 8) :!:   :type: your reels were made in the era of 1955 Uslon, inc. spring Valley NY. no. 50 model 1, 1955 and mdl. 510 ,1955. had a odd bail system for line pick up/ w/ lever for anti rev. and free spool As for the Cargen from Gemonio italy, there are 55 listed 1950 thru 1956 #17 blue body 1950 era body was in 1956 Black mingon 12 listed 1950s and 60s. First importer was (Anselmi Trading Company INC. of NEW York later sold by Rockland Tackle Co. Suffern N. Y. Cargem Company closed in 1975. As for pricing, it makes a great differance in condition and wheter you are buying or selling! the cargen dose have a colectors club, i am not certain as of the address. Why dont you join ORCA? as you have already have some rather unique reels, go to our ORCA WEB SITE and pull up membership app. cost is reasonable, and a lot of imformation is avalible! Col. :!:  :bricks: You are correct, I ment no harm, just attempting to help out a posible new member, after all, is that what we are suposed to do? Bens book Has it spelled out so anyone could understand it, I could have taken most of the imfo from my factory repair diagrams etc. As For the (CLUB?) why not list the address on the site so someone could contact them? Hopefuly the person will become a member of ORCA as they have a good start with those reels, Credit to BEN Wright and others involved with his book. and its publication. Col.
