bambi on the smoker - marinated overnight

here, the flanks had been going for 2 hours and I had just added the (seared) backstraps.

two hours later, here is the tail of the smallest backstrap, about the most well-done slice. The smoke rings on the flanks should be twice this thickness

scariest looking turkey I've ever seen, Ron...but bet it was tasty! Hope you and yours had a great thansgiving!

It was my father-in-law. He still has another one in the freezer to marinate and smoke later.
I kept the smallest flank and the smaller backstrap.
