I purchased a tumbler from Cabela's and it works wonders! So it's both sorta like an ultrasonic cleaner and I place media in it to polish. I barely have to do any work at all except take the reel apart. Leaves reels look Awesome! A mirror finish every time!
Any imput?

I'm wondering how you use this "rock tumbler" as a ultra sonic cleaner . Could you give some details on your procedure

I like a 50/50% mix of corn cob and walnut hulls let it run over night
if that don't clean up the parts to your likeing then drop a couple Oz if brasso polish in the media and run it again over night
