The schematics I have for the 3000/4000 do not indicate a part number #2227? The one I have indicates four pieces for the spool adjust cap, 2229 (cap), 4108 (spring), 2228(spool cap lock) and 8512 (spool bearing).
I do have these in inventory. If you post a reply, please email me at also as it may be a week or two before I return to this site.
Would you provide me with info to contact the Danish guy you refered to in your post. Im am always looking for additional parts.
