New "Pocket vest" for fly fishers

I picked up 2 of these new, still in plastic William Joseph pocket vests a few weeks ago and only need one. It's a cool compact fly and fishing gear holder that's just 6 1/2" by 4" and folds out to reveal a sizeable foam fly holder, a retracting clip for nippers or some other tool (no tools included), a tippet spool pocket and other storage areas. It has a clip to clip to a belt or vest, a loop so it could be put on a belt, and a strap so you can hang it around your neck. Like I said, it's brand new and still attached to the William Joseph catalog, which is dated 2005 and lists this "pocket vest" at $19.99. I'm selling it for a sawbuck ($10) plus $3 shipping within the US.
Note: The hemostat in one photos does NOT come with this. I used it to prop the pocket vest open for the photo.
