Coxe/Bronson 25's

Post by Wayne B. »

What is the difference in the 25-2, 25-3, 25 C, and the Coronet 25? Visually I can see no difference. They are beautiful reels.

I would like to bump this topic, as I am curious about the differences, too.

Do they operate differently, as well?

Rather than type a small book in answer to this question, let me send you to the Bronson website for starters

I love to get old reels, work on them until they run as smooth as silk and the take them fishing using pre-1960 plugs, mostly surface fishing for Largemouths after dark.

Thank you, Bill. The information I found at the link you gave was everything I needed, I think. It seems like any one of the model 25 variants would serve equally well for fishing.

Cheers
