the quick answer is no, IMHO. Amazingly enough, Stu Lawson's price compilation is still about at accurate as you're going to see in a book. The next best thing is to look on liveauctioneers.com and see what things have sold for at auction over the past 5 years or so...but don't forget to factor in the vig and the shipping in the final price.

i have that 3rd edition but its from 2001. Nothing newer out there?

If you need information on spinning reels, Ben Wright's book is a necessity.
