Looking to complete a collection of Johnson reels.
Would like to buy or trade for a Johnson model 10A in very good to mint condition and a Johnson model 10.
If you look closely you can see the two missing slots.
Thanks

This would be a great topic for a Reel News article. I think a lot of members have fished with Johnson reels and might want to learn more about the different models and variations. It looks like you have some exceptional examples. Want to try your hand at an article and take photos of individual reels to show the differences and the unique features of each model? Thanks!

I think that would be nice, but I am not writer and the expertise I see here is astounding, well beyond mine. My addiction is to return the collection to its former complete state so that people can see the Johnson progression. The collection runs from 1949 to 1967, but is missing the model 10A, model 10, and a recent purchase. The silver reel in front is a 1949 model 10 prototype it would be nice to have a production model 10 next to it again. Maybe somebody else will complete the collection after 1967. Here is a shot of the entire collection.

Any interest in a Johnson Fiskar II model 512 with a spare spool?

Great looking display and it really deserves to be completed!
