Colorado Fires

Here in Colorado we had a bad spring. 10 magor fires,High Park lost 250 homes,Waldo Canon 350
homes, three in Lake George {Eleven Mile Canon} outhers around the state.
Bill Land has a cabin near Estes Park { High Park fire} it tured away from his cabin all is OK.
The big one was the Waldo Canon fire { colorado Springs} As fare as I know on one in ORCA was involved.
For the ones that were at the 2008 ORCA Convention this is for you. the 350 homes that buened was just two miles north and west from the Clarion Hotel here the convention was held, just west of the Garden of the Gods'
The south side of the fire was high way 24. That is the road we took to get to elven mile canon where the Fishing contest was held. I am told we have lost that river for a couple years
