Thanks to a tip from Dick Streater and a nice discount from inventor, Cliff Perry and wife Betty, we now have available these great Reel Racks for reel display. they are simple to use and can be mounted in any number of ways/directions to facilitate display of your favorite reels. We have a limited supply of plexiglas racks that can be used for mounting the clips, either directly or on plastic plates, as shown in the photos.

The Reel Rack clips are selling for $1 each; backing plates are $1; and the plexiglas racks are $2 while the supply lasts! You can place your order with Roger Schulz by email or directly via PM. All proceeds will go to support board and Reel News upgrades!

note! these racks are simple to use...reel foot slips in easily and holds the reel securely until you're ready to take it out...neat trick! Clips fit reels with foot 2 7/8 inches long or smaller, with 1/2 inch or less width. Thus, will work fine for most all baitcasting, fly reels, spincast and spinning reels.

The reel clips are very versatile. I painted the gray ones black.

In getting ready for the Nationals, I made some displays using the clips. There are two holes for securing the clips to a support. however, I just used one of the holes so that they can pivot right of left and give some flexibility to the way the reels can be displayed.,

So, one needs to buy a clip and the clip backing plate. then they can be mounted on a board or whatever? an absolutely brilliant idea.

Yes, arley...you can use the backing plates or not...just have to have a surface that accepts a screw! Thanks to Don Van Beusekom, we will soon have a new supply of nice plexy stands for those that prefer that way to mount the clips,

Thanks to the generous contribution of time and materials by ORCA member Don Von Beusekom (Thank you, Don!), we have a generous supply of newly designed Plexiglas reels stands, pre-drilled for attachment of a Reel Clip. Don designed them to leave a flat for a label if you wish to add one and made so the flat can be on top or at base. Stands are available by contacting Roger Schulz through the ORCA store or by PM or email. Stand, Reel Clip and screws supplied for $3.50 per stand plus shipping (reels not included ).

I just received my order of Reel clips and they are awesome. I very quickly displayed 10 reels last evening. No worries about them falling over or getting moved. I like em!
