For your consideration - Hard to find Otto Zwarg 9/0 big game reel. This beefed up version of the 600 series Maximo big game reels comes complete with original Zwarg big game harness clips and its original beefed up handle with original hard rubber torpedo style handle grip and heavy duty counter-ballance. The serial number is C-335 which would indicate the reel was made in 1948, the first full year the reels were made in St Petersburg Florida.
This reel is in great condition with only a couple minor surface scratches. The free-spool, and clicker levers work like new and the drag is very smooth. Turn the handle and it seems to spin forever. The reel is in all original condition and could be easily cleaned to look almost new if the new owner so desires.
