Whiting & Hendricks? Need I.D. please.

I was told these are Whiting & Hendricks. Can anyone please confirm that. Also I have never seen one this early raised pillar with the perforated spool similar to Langley. Any help appreciated.

Ed,
They are Star Reel Works reels. Hendrick ended up there after Whiting & Hendrick dissolved. The perforated spool was a feature patented by Charles Loomis, a machinist who worked in the neighborhood.
