I have an excellent condition 706 greenie rotor with manual pickup. The rotor was blasted, etching primed, painted and semi-gloss clear coated. Paint was custom matched to the original color. The bearing cap does have some gouges on it, so it will need replaced for a complete restoration. They're just a couple bucks at PP.
