After running a tackle shop and fixing reels for 16 years, I retired two years ago. I've been fixing reels in my garage for two years, and have decided to stop. I've got about $2600.00 worth of Penn reel parts...mostly conventional...that I'd like to sell as a lot. The valuation is from 1996 price books, so they're ALREADY undervalued. I'd like to get 20 cents on the dollar, or 20% of book price for the lot. I'm in northern New Jersey, and can arrange delivery within a reasonable distance. The parts are catalogued in Microsoft Excel format, so I can email the lists upon request.
I also have Daiwa, Shimano, and vintage Mitchell parts, but have not catalogued them as yet. I don't imagine that this post will interest anyone who's not into big-time restoration or who owns a shop, but maybe you'd be so kind as to pass the word? I can be reached at .
Best Regards!
