grafite spinning reel spools
Is there any way to glue these back together after they separate

Chris,
You can epoxy glue them for aesthetics or to temporarily hold them in place, but the only permanent fix is to pin them with a rivet or some type of aluminum or nylon "Chicago Screws": https://www.google.com/search?q=chicago ... d=0CFcQsAQ It generally takes at least 5 or 6 "pins" to satisfactorily secure the 2 portions for fishing. The face will pop of at the first tug or stress with glue only.
IMHO, it's not worth the time or effort to try to pin them if you feel your time has any value. It is precise and tedious work, and the spools will have little value if you try to sell them.
