Not necessarily Brian. That is a very difficult model to find in decent condition. I would guess that most of them were very used and suffered massive plating loss. I had a nice nickel Sea Ford that I sold a few years ago. Maybe you bought it, I cannot remember if it was a 250 or a 300.

I heard you were ill.

Hoping you are on the mend and feeling better.

Mike
You may be right. I have both 250 & 300 yard reels in 3 post. In 4 post just 150 & 250.
You heard right, my health is not the greatest. Haven't been on my boat since last AUG.
Thanks, Brian

Sorry to hear about your health. That was a rumor that I was hoping was not true.

There is a 300 yard Sea Ford listed as we speak;

http://www.ebay.com/itm/191598459483?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT

It is not the early nickel plated one, it is a 1936 to 1938 model, but it is a 300. I feel the 300 yard models are harder to find usually. Clean nickel plated models are very hard. That nickel plating was very inferior.
