Reel I.D. Please, not sure what this is, nice Reel though

Can anyone help I.D. this nice Reel. At some point it looks like the counter-balance handle has broke off. Could use a replacement handle if anyone has such an animal. Reel measures about 4 1/4" in diameter, all German Silver construction with Ebonite Sides.
