Fish insignia, Washington DC stamp. Very difficult version to find, sold when George and Harriet Upton moved from Warren, Ohio, circa 1921, for her to take a political job in DC. Excellent condition overall for this hard to find Redifor. $150 shipped USA, check or Postal money order
