i have a fishing reel that has been in the family for years it dates between 1924-1955, manufactured by yale metal company that was based in new york back then. This perticular reel was made in strasburg pa. The company in strasburg was named Pequea works, which was know for its fishing reels, before yale metal bought them out in 1924. I was wondering if this was a good collecters item. The info on the back of the reel is;
"OLD-SALT" 250YDS.NO 1250 MFG.BY YALE METAL PROD.CO STRASBURG,PA.
