I am most apologetically offering my regrets for not being able to attend the National this week. I thought I would make it, and had even packed the reels. Had a request in to my boss to take a couple of days off. Unfortunately, a deadline changed on a large litigation project, and he swapped priorities for the entire office, to write reports in support of this project all week. Calling my boss fastidious is beyond euphamistic - even beyond polite. He will have us all jumping through hoops all week long.
Having national so close to home looked like a boon.
I am going to keep pressing this and, if at all possible, will drive over for a day.

It's gotten even worse since I posted this morning. My priorities are switched again - 3 different clients, 3 different emergencies. I'm going to make it to Houston, but not until early next week. I will not be able to get away at all, Milt.
