WTB - Pflueger Comfo Grip

Post by Wayne B. »

I need a new tail-plate ring Comfo Grip to replace an old crusty one. Don't need the screws or the grips for the knobs. Let me know if you have one available for sale.

Guys, you might give those "NOS" parts a good squeeze/bend test before consummating a deal. I've had any number of those assorted rubbers parts in original packaging that were brittle and easily broken! (Rick, quit giggling...it only sounds dirty!)

Wayne, John is exactly right on this , that's why I told you in your pm that I would send it to you first and if it was suitable then pay me what you thought it was worth. These came from an old tackle shop in Baltimore, Md , "TOCHERMANS". I bought a considerable amount of this stuff from one of the men that got in the old warehouse and cleaned it out. I had a pickup load of linen line alone. This was in 1992. The ring however seems to be ok, just don't really want to open the cellophane packaging without a reason. If you find it unsuitable the trashcan is fine with me, but it seems to be ok. Thanks, Doug
