Neptuna cradle frame and 21-1/2 inch rod butt with a Penn 160 surf reel. Only marking on the frame is a poorly stamped "Patented". Frame has a trigger molded into it for casting. Reel comes with a plastic spool in brown/black mottled color. It also comes with aftermarket Fluid Hub tailplate casting brake and a loud click Everything works as it should but has wear/boat rash/patina and is overall a little dusty. The end cap on the butt is loose but stays on. No damage to the ferrule but metal seems a bit thin. $50 shipped
