Help needed on odd reel....telecast?

Looking for information on a "Telecast" reel. Rarity, general knowledge, and value would be nice. No interest in getting rid of as it was my great grandfather's. I just got it today from my uncle.

I think the value lies in the fact it was your great-grandfather's. A lot of wear, so maybe $10-20, give or take? Finding a box will prove to be difficult, but you could get lucky.
