Had someone contact me after seeing a picture of a casting reel on my Blog. Wanting to know if I knew anything about the reel or company? As usual, I don't. Found the pic. on my site but can't find the reel. Too much stuff? Perhaps. Anyone know about the Co? Dates?

Now, I am also interested in finding info on this company. I just got one in the mail. It looks new, never-fished. A10 M9 because the clicker has a weak spot. I don't want to open it to see why. The box is a nice go-with, even though it has lots of wear and is a little crushed on top. (No box papers inside.) Apparently it came from a collection where is has been sitting for years.



I could be persuaded to trade or sell but I would like to learn a bit more about the company first. Interested parties should contact me.

After a brief search, I found it. Not bad for someone who can't see up close. Even though it's a different reel, I think the shiny side plate and red knobs helped.

There is a Connecticut Reel being offered on Angling Marketplace this month. The seller mentions ORCA twice in his description.
