Was a Hardy "Zane Grey" on your Santa list??

Post by reeltackle »

Have you been a good boy (or girl) this year?

Well you know you have .... sooo .... why not treat yourself to something special! :D

Like a very scarce Hardy Bros. "Zane Grey" 6 inch big game reel in the original leather case with tools in amazing 9+/10 condition. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer example of this rare big game reel and, you know you're worth it!

This very desirable big game reel comes in its original, still subtle, leather case with great stitching and all the straps intact. The case bears a Hardy Bros. makers (ivory?) tag that I have never seen before on any Hardy "Zane Grey" reel case before and, it is VERY COOL (see photos).

The reel also comes with its original, marked Hardy Bros. grease gun and the correct celluloid Bluemel's Handy Oiler.

:telephone Avoid the Christmas rush and order now! :telephone

But wait! Act now and we will fully insure the reel and send it via FedEx three day shipping so you will have it in time to wrap it, put it under the tree, open it on Christmas, act surprised, wet your pants, clean up, and have the best Christmas present ever, all for the low price of $7550.00.

:type: SMALL PRINT - 8)

Not available in stores (or anywhere else for that matter).
Offer limited to the first customer only.
This is used merchandise. :bash:
Caution, has small parts and could be a choking hazard to small children.
Do not put case over your head could cause suffocation or leather intoxication.
May cause uncontrollable happiness in adults, if an erection lasts more than four hours consult your doctor.
Zane Grey (western author and big game fisherman) not included. :bricks:

Got a spare reel stamped "Pflueger" or a Montague Imperial?

Unfortunately, after careful consideration I was deemed as not having been a good boy and therefore am disqualified from consideration. Based on my merits I was offered a Zebco 202 as a consultation.
