dam quick 330
Hello everyone I have a dam 330 and i was wondering if anyone new when these were made, it is a 330 not 330n it says made in west germany and has a number 2 inbetween the words,any info would be much appreciated thanks.

reel made most likly in the 1974s era,
cool-thumb USA your reel was most likly made in the 1970s the difference between the non N and the N are(1 the spools wont interchange 2 the the Ns had the anti reverse switch on the back of the rotor housin while th non N0 had the rev switch on the handle side plate! Some also used a skirted spool and others used a non skirted spool. As for the #2 between the words may be a deviation, If you would like copies of our factory manuals , you will need to send a self addresed stamped business size envelope (note 1 stam 37cents will take 3 pages or 6 diagrams when coppied on each side, 4 or more pages reqire another 37 cent stamp. a small ball handel click. the model 330-n was introduced in
1974 and has a lever click under the reel.

From my point of view. Spinning reels should be either fished with or used as door stops. They take up too much room as a collection.
