I have a Pflueger Summit 1983m, Does anybody know the approx. value and when it was made.

The 1983M was listed in catalogs from 1955 to 1962. You can usually get a good idea of value from doing a "completed auctions" search on ebay but I guess this model is not as common as the 1993. Lawson's guide lists them around $35.
