100-yd. multiplier.
I don't know if there is a model number.
If anybody knows it will be Ed Clark.

I believe it is an early model 2908. They are fairly common and not worth a whole lot. The condition looks fairly poor. I would guess it would go for 15 - 20 dollars or so..
