stolen reel

Post by Penobscot Bill »

did a south east Pennsylvania flea market yesterday and some ******* stole a NIB Garcia Mitchell 330 Otomatic circa early 1960s-reel is shiney new, black and red clamshell box, spare spool, green Otomatic flyer-my own fault for being too trusting I suppose-I believe I know which customer did it-at any rate, if one should suddenly be offered for sale, I'd appreciate a call-I can identify it from other 330 Otomatics-610-966-1280-value of about $200.00-thanks

Stolen Reel

Post by FSREPAIR »

Bill, Sorry to hear some one stole your Mitchell 330 Otomatic. I had a very nice 2nd Version Mitchell 300 half-bail reel and 5 Shakespeare spools stolen right out of my mail box 4 years ago. I also knew who stole the items but I couldn't prove it. I hope you have better luck recovering your 330 Otomatic than I did! Randy
