The 4 bent ears on the foot indicate this is a Montague designed reel. The Hendryx foot has a different pillar attachment design, which is characteized by 2 small " u bolts". Yes Hendryx earlyer reels had the u bolts. Same as their bird cages. If I remember right. That is one of the patent numbers you see stamped on Hendryx foot. But some of their later reels had the 4 bent ears.
As Dale states, it's a Montague. The later Hendryx foot, although missing the U rivets, looks quite a bit different than the Montague foot. It is very similar to the early foot, just missing the rivets.
