I am going to offer conclusive proof that government knew of extraterrestrial life before World War II. That not only did they know of it, but that they were in contact, and that they were living amongst us as close as New York state.

Them thar New Yukkers just couldn't spell "A-lyin'". That license permitted you to double the size of anything you caught when you told stories about your fishin' trip.
