Help dating Penn Long Beach 65 with scene on tail plate

Just picked up a Long Beach 65 on eBay yesterday. The image attached is a stock photo from the internet but it is the same tai plate that is on the reel I purchased.
Any help identifying what years the Long Beach came with that side plate would be greatly appreciated! I'm trying to locate a period correct box to display with it. Thank you looking forward to seeing everyone in Daytona next weekend!
