Gents,
An acquaintance of mine sent me these photos of a reel I know nothing about. I’m sure someone here will know what it is.
Thanks in advance.

Feurer Brothers ‘flip reel’. ... really neat mechanism... can rotate for right or left hand retrieve And it will wind simply by rocking the handle back and forth. There are posts in the search program as well as articles in the Reel News.
NOTE: I corrected spelling of Feurer...makes for much better luck when doing searches!

Thanks for rooting out Dr. Todd's FB article, Henry! Using a PC & Google Chrome you can right click the blurred Photo Bucket images and "open image in new tab" and they will be clear and readable there. I'm not sure how to do it on other browsers, though.
Love those Open Face Spinning Reels!(Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco)

You can as a rule also Right click on those fuzzy pics from FODO Pucket and click VIEW image and then save it if you want.
Need to do that on a BUNCH of photos here from yesteryear.
