Can anyone tell me who made this 2 1/4" diameter nickle silver reel?

I can't help with the ID but that is an awesome looking reel.
I would like any unusual pflueger casting reels!

Thanks to Dean Smith the maker has been identified as Chris Henshaw - "Barny Reels".
Dean found the reel on Chris' Instagram page and also emailed Chris to confirm that he made the reel.
