I don't know much about classic rods and I'd love to find out more info on this Harnell.
It's a 5' ultra light model 7601.
The reel seat is very unique to me. It slides and rotates on the cork grip.
There are 5 guides that are all metal and the first guide is medium size and a bit smaller than I'd expect to see on a spinning rod, but larger than what I'd expect on a casting rod.
Is the reel seat a guides set up this way so that it can be used for either spinning or spincast/baitcasting reels?
Any info would be much appreciated!
