Ted Williams 470 fly reel

Maybe someone can help me here. I have a Ted Williams 470 Automatic
fly reel.
1. when was it manufactor, and by who?

2. what kind of value does it have? the finger level is broke that makes the line go into the reel.Parts are there but whenpulled doesn't work. You
can wind the spring on the side of the reel .

My friend has a Sears fly reel.
Could I find the same things out about this reel
