1936 Pflueger Medalist 1394, Box, Paper, Line SOLD PEND. PMT.

Unused 1936 Pflueger Medalist 1394 with its box stamped on the bottom 12 36 (December 1936), its brochure and an unused non sticky tapered line which appears to be silk. Marked Patent Pending on the frame at 1 o'clock and 1394 at 6 o'clock. The foot shows no evidence of the reel ever having been mounted on a rod. There is a rub on the front and back of the frame, presumably from bouncing around in the box for 84 years. It is very unlikely one would find a 1394 of this vintage in the same condition.
