To me it looks like a fantasy reel made to look old.

The click spring suggests a non-US maker. The spool's arbor/flange attachment is unusual. Are those steel screws?

Thanks Steve, The screws and the rest of the reel is Brass.

The overall look reminds me of knock-off reels made with some familiar-looking aspects but no exact duplication of known reels. If not an attempt to deceive collectors of antique fishing reels then maybe made for fishermen in India where these tend to come from? I found a different reel with similar "problems" in an antique auction where the factory town name in India was marked on the reel. The patina reminds me what it looks like when someone tries to make brass look old in a hurry.
