Ambassadeur 2500C

Good Evening everyone,
I'm cleaning an Ambassadeur 2500 C for a friend at work. On the bottom of the foot, there is a serial number of 76O300, I am not familiar with Ambassadeurs' or there serial numbers. I looked on ORCA search, and wasn't fully understanding everything I was reading. Any help would be greatly appreciated in what the serial number stands for.

76 (1976) 03 (March) 00 (1st group or edition). Any number in the last two digits indicates something changed, i.e. 01, 02, etc. (basically a revision).
