I believe what you have is a Penn trade reel (no star drag) but can't remember what model it would be as labeled under Penn. Late 1930s-40s production. I got a pretty decent example off of eBay a while back for $20. I see this reel and other Penn trade reels very similar to it every so often so I imagine it's not a very hard to find reel.
