That one looks pretty cool to me the way it is !! Well used patina ! Maybe just oil up the corrosion spots to slow it down. John Taylor

I agree with JE, sell it to him for 1/2 price or clean it. :mrgreen: I know beauty is pretty much all in the eyes of the beholder but see little beauty the way it currently looks.

Well Nick, I seem to remember you liked reel left in the state you find them, but these show very well when they are cleaned. You do not have to make it like jewelry, but there is some great potential with this particular reel. I vote to clean it. These get pretty when you clean them.
