Unmarked aluminum-framed, jeweled free spool casting reel

This neat reel just sold on eBay. (I was not the buyer). Any idea as to the maker? Here was the seller’s description:

“ Vintage Unmarked Aluminum Framed, Jeweled Free Spool Casting Reel is in as-found, uncleaned condition. The reel turns freely and the free spool, adjustable drag and click work fine. The reel end plate measures about 2 3/8 inches in diameter and has a spool width of about 1 5/8 inches. The free spool is actuated by pulling the crank outward away from the frame much like later Shakespeare tournament reels.”

I would like to know as well. I sure wanted that one, just got to rich at the end.
