record reel

I have a "record" reel that I got in or about 1952, and I am trying to find out any information about it. Value etc. It was made by Record and has the inscription on it c siegrist Zurich. It is an open face casting reel. any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, There are many versions of the Swiss record reels. what is marked on the side plate? where is the word record located, in front of the side plate screw or behind the side plate screw? what is the shape of the body,
hex type or egg shaped with a flat bottom side. the value will depend on which version you may have.
