Looking For Help With Maker ID On Small Reel

ORCA Member Ray Cromer brought this small reel to the NFLCC Temple Show. I am hoping some photos will help us identify the maker of this reel. It is chrome over brass, stamped 25 on the bottom of the foot. Also, on the bottom of the crosspiece of the foot, there is a 2 stamped. It has a permanent click. Thanks in advance!
