Identify This Unbranded Reel Please

Putting it up for sale and would just like to get an accurate description. Plastic or bakelite with a little target on the side plates.

It looks old enough to be Bakelite. No clutch so it is direct-drive.

The Wards Model 36 and some Higgins bakelite reels are very similar.

Meisselbach and Shakespeare are possible makers.
